Parham was admitted as a solicitor in the Queensland Supreme Court in 2022. During his time as a solicitor he has split his time based in both Queensland and New South Wales and as such is both knowledgeable and highly proficient at dealing with the laws and processed from both states.
Parham continues to work on matters across both Queensland and is our resident expert with New South Wales matters. He frequently appears in the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts, representing clients in a wide range of criminal and traffic matters.
His experience extends across serious drug offences, violent crime, murder and fraud. Parham is known for his careful preparation, persuasive advocacy, and clear, practical advice. Parham understands the stress and uncertainty faced by clients in the criminal justice system and is dedicated to providing clear guidance and steady support throughout the process.
